If you have any special needs or urgent appointments please advise the Service Advisor prior to your booking so arrangements can be made to assist. When dropping your vehicle off for your appointment, be sure to check all jobs required are listed on your repair order. Only the jobs listed will be attended to on the day. This is very important because any previous conversations you may have had with sales staff or anyone else in the dealership may not have been passed on to the service staff.
We recommend that you check the Service Advisor has the correct contact details when booking in your vehicle in case further contact is required. A mobile number and email address are essential for effective communication. At this time the Service Advisor will confirm with you the required collection time.
If you are the driver of a fleet managed vehicle or corporate vehicle, the work undertaken at your service will be very basic in line with your Fleet Manager’s requirements. Additional work like lubrication of catches, engine washing and vehicle washing will not be carried out on your vehicle unless specifically requested and approved via a purchase order. Please advise the Service Advisor upon making your appointment if it is a fleet vehicle or covered by a corporate plan.
We also have a Courtesy Bus available which runs on a timetable as follows:
Departs: 8:15am; 9:15am; 1:00pm Customers are requested to be at the dealership 15 minutes prior to departure. The courtesy bus is available within a 10km radius of the Dealership.
Pickup: 1:30pm; 4:00pm Pickup should be previously arranged with the courtesy bus driver. If you require transport between these times, Service Reception can arrange a taxi for you at the customer’s expense.
Please note that departure and pick up times may vary depending on traffic conditions and the number of customers requiring transport.
Pacific has loan vehicles available which must be booked in advance at a cost of $27.50 per day.
Upon collection of the loan vehicle, your driver’s license must be presented for insurance purposes and you will be requested to sign a loan car agreement.
An insurance excess of $1950 applies in the case of an accident or damage to the vehicle.
Any fuel used while the car is in your possession should be replaced prior to it’s return.
Pacific and it’s staff are committed to an ecologically sound environmental and waste management program. We will continue to strive towards exceeding the level of compliance required by law and the relevant Australian Standards. Please ask our staff if you require further details.
Included on your invoice is an environmental levy which covers our environmental obligations for consumable items and the safe removal and recycling of oils, filters and contaminated waste.
All Pacific service locations offer the ability to conduct a fully certified Safety Inspection. A Safety Certificate is a compulsory certification required if you are trying to sell or transfer ownership of your vehicle.
Providing your engine with fresh coolant every 12 months increases the longevity of your engine and also decreases your risk of it overheating during our hot summer days. Ask your Pacific service staff for more information about our complete range of engine and transmission flushes the next time you book your service.
